Chicken Meatball with Collagen

 

Ingredients:

Chicken meat, water, seasoning (flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), lactose, palm oil, egg, chicken fat), modified tapioca starch, sugar, salt, spices (garlic, onion, celery), soya protein, emulsifier (sodium tripolyphosphate) and fish collagen.

 

Allergens:

Contains soya bean, milk, egg, fish and celery.

 

Cooking instruction:
Deep fry: Defrost and deep fry at 170˚C for 2 -3 minutes until golden brown color.
Microwave (1000W): Place in microwave-safe dish, sprinkle with water, cover and heat at 1000 watt for 3-4 minutes.
Steaming: Place in a steamer and steam for 6 – 8 minutes.

Boiling: Place in a boiling water and boil for 3 – 4 minutes.
