Chicken meat, batter/breader [wheat flour, permitted color (annato), leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate) thickener (guar gum, sodium CMC), flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), modified tapioca starch), water, palm oil, salt, spices (garlic, white pepper, cumin), emulsifier (sodium tripolyphosphate) and isolated soya protein.

Cooking Instructions:

Deep fry: Set the fryer at 180˚C and deep fry for 11 – 13 minutes until golden brown colour

Deep fry using pot: Heat up cooking oil on a medium fire and deep fry for 9 – 11 minutes until golden brown colour.
